Cute cousins watching for the bride to walk down the aisle!

We concluded our 2000 mile trip up north and back with a weekend in Atlanta for some special festivities.
Anticipation!


‘Tis the season!
Being one of 11 siblings meant it was bound to happen one day….

LOVED the happy-colored bridesmaids dresses!

….A wedding rush.
This was that year!
4 siblings married within 12 months of eachother.  The grand finale to this joyous string of happy occasions was my brother Adam taking a wife this weekend.

This is one of my favorite photos from the day.  Adam and Kerry with all the little cousins.  I can so picture you guys with 13 kids:)

Isabelle and Britain were asked to be flower girls.  So special to get to attend the fancy rehearsal dinner…

…and to participate in all the bridal fun.  Kerry was a real-life princess!!  What a beautiful new auntie these girls have!!

Izzy has enjoyed her summer job and has a closet full of cute white dresses she has acquired. (If anyone  needs to borrow flower girl dresses, we have quite a selection and would be happy to share!)   Since this is the 3rd time she’s been honored to be a flower girl, she was all about schooling her novice sister on how its supposed to be done.  Britain took her job very seriously and asked Izzy one day if she wanted to practice “the princess walk” with her.

Sisters

We’ve returned home full of happy memories, but absolutely exhausted!  Im having a hard time thinking of unpacking, shopping for school supplies and starting our fall schedule this week.

…sigh
Not ready to bid farewell to summer.

Hard for me to believe this “newlywed” couple (still feels that way) will celebrate 10 years together this week!!
